Is it just me, or is the world moving at the speed of social media?  It seems like businesses are moving to sales, complaint resolution and gaining competitive advantages through social media outlets.  Five years ago, my company really frowned upon using social media to discuss anything work related.  In fact, the sites were blocked to ensure employees could not access them at work.  Today, we have an entire department that spends their entire day on social media sites and building strategies for our business that involve Facebook and Twitter.
